Steve Nelson is the real estate broker of Stratum Real Estate Group. Steve, his wife Gena and three sons live in Cedar City where Steve sits on the board of directors of the local Realtors association, was an ERA rookie of the year, is currently the GPA charter school chairman of the board and sits on the Lions Club board. Steve is recognized for his love of people. He is passionate about taking care of his Clients.
