Hello! We are Reyes and Kacie Carballo. We are farmers and ranchers in Parowan, Utah. We run Dry Lakes Ranch, formerly known as Mitchell Herefords; a ranch dating back to 1873.
We raise beef cattle, among other things, and aim to provide you with high quality, fresh, and local beef.
We love the Lord, our heritage, family, the animals and land we care for, and good food. You've now got a friend in the meat business, as well as the farming and ranching business!
Stop by our retail beef shop on Parowan's Historic Main Street where we offer fresh beef Monday-Saturday.
