About Dixie & Anne Leavitt Foundation
Leavitt Land & Investment along with the Dixie & Anne Leavitt Foundation are located in the Old Hospital at 216 S 200 W in Cedar City, UT, and are just one block west of Southern Utah University.
We have been providing housing for tenants of all ages since 1962.
We pride ourselves on maintaining safe and clean properties for our tenants to live in all parts of the Cedar City valley.
For many of our properties that are near and around SUU we have taken old homes, many of which are historic, and repaired and updated them and converted them to single student housing. Yes, we could have taken the easy way out and demolished those old homes and built something new, but whenever possible we try to maintain the character and history of the area.
