Cedar City was the second clinic to open for Southwest Spine and Pain Center, located inside the Intermountain Healthcare center.
As a small town with few specialty physician offices available, our medical staff realized the need to bring pain management to this community. By expanding our services to Cedar City in 2011, Southwest Spine and Pain Center is proud to provide options to those suffering from pain.
