About Southwest Technical College

Southwest Technical College (Southwest Tech) is a public technical college located in Cedar City, Utah. The focus of Southwest Tech is to provide students with hands-on training to enter the workforce with applied skills. Southwest Tech focuses on certificate programs in Automotive, Computer Science, Culinary Arts, Health Professions, Nursing, Automation Technology, Professional Truck Driving, and Welding.

Southwest Tech is part of the Utah System of High Education. It is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education. Southwest Tech serves Beaver, Garfield, Iron, and Kane counties.
